David Flood, MD, MS

Health systems strengthening

David Flood’s global work focuses on conducting health system services research for non-communicable diseases, with a focus on Latin America and in indigenous communities in Guatemala. His interests in global health equity align with the Center theme of strengthening systems for health. Flood’s work involves supervising clinical care, teaching health workers, and advocating for health as a human right especially among indigenous communities in Guatemala.
