Gershim Asiki's global health work focuses on cardio-metabolic disease epidemiology and health system strengthening in low-resource settings, drawing on his extensive background in medicine and specialized expertise in applied epidemiology and implementation research, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa. His interests in global health equity align with the Center's themes of strengthening systems for health and employing technical solutions.
