Aaron Christian’s global work focuses on how social, cultural, biological, environmental, and climate factors interact to affect population health, particularly maternal and child nutrition and particularly in Ghana. His interests in global health equity align with the Center’s themes of empowering women and communities, addressing social and environmental determinants of health, and designing technical solutions. Christian has worked with faculty at U-M and the University of Ghana on collaborative projects aimed at addressing nutrition inequalities, and empowering and safeguarding women and children.
