Denise Tate, PhD

Psychological adaptation after injury; outcomes measurement
Denise Tate's global work focuses on psychological functioning after injury and measuring health and quality of life outcomes. Her interests in global health equity align with the Center theme of addressing social and environmental determinants of health. Tate is committed to improving the quality of life of persons with spinal cord injury. Her research includes a large study that examines the effects of bowel and bladder complication on quality of life after spinal cord injury.
