Workaholism and workspace design

Greg Laurence’s global work focuses broadly on ownership of space and responsibility at work. His interests in global health equity align with the Center theme of addressing social and environmental determinants of health. Laurence’s research examines workaholism, job crafting, and workspace personalization and investigates how these factors play a role in stress and overload at work, especially within low-resource settings. He is a member of the Academy of Management, the Asia Academy of Management, and the Academy of International Business.
