Jean Claude Byiringiro’s global work focuses on injury prevention and management, access to care, management of muscle-skeletal conditions, and healthcare workforce development and medical education in Africa. His interests in global health equity align with the Center's theme of strengthening systems for health. Byiringiro is working on a University of Michigan-Rwanda Trauma Quality Improvement Project that aims to strengthen systems to improve health and health equity.
