Jessica Dozier’s global work focuses on exploring the intersection of reproductive health and gender-based violence, with an emphasis on coercive partner interference in contraceptive use, pregnancy, and abortion in Ethiopia and Ghana. Jess's interests in global health equity align with the Center's themes of empowering women and communities and addressing the social and environmental determinants of health.
Dozier’s research looks at multilevel factors influencing reproductive decision-making, equitable access to contraception and abortion care, and gender-based violence prevention and response.
