Julio Villa-Palomino's global work focuses on exploring the impact of mental health reforms on social inclusion and the everyday lives of communities in Latin America, particularly in Perú. His interests in global health equity align with the Center's themes of strengthening health systems and addressing social and environmental determinants of health. Villa-Palomino's research investigates the multiple dimensions of mental health, examining issues such as care, violence, and community dynamics.
