Addressing nutritional deficiencies for global health equity and promoting sustainable healthy diets
Lauren Boateng's global work focuses on promoting better health outcomes through nutrition interventions and training of nutrition professionals. Her interests in global health equity align with the Center's themes of Empowering Women and Social and Environmental Determinants of Health. Boateng's research is focused on identifying and addressing nutritional deficiencies by developing targeted interventions and enhancing the capacity of healthcare systems to deliver effective nutrition programs.
