
Pascale Leroueil, PhD, MBA
Pascale Leroueil’s global work focused on applying business practices to sustainably address human health needs in developing areas. Her interests in global health equity align with the Center themes of strengthening systems for health and addressing social and environmental determinants of health. She leads the healthcare sector at the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan. Her group applies business practices to sustainably address human health needs in emerging markets. Her particular research interest is in designing health-related systems that can efficiently handle both steady state and surge conditions. Leroueil also holds a lecturer appointment at U-M’s Ross School of Business and before joining WDI she worked in vaccine development as research faculty at the U-M’s Medical School.
