Strengthening delivery of health care
Anthony Waas’s global work focuses on strengthening delivery of health care to the most underserved populations using advanced aerospace technologies. His interests in global health equity align with the Center theme of strengthening systems for health. He has research interests in the science and engineering of lightweight materials and the mechanics of natural materials and structures. Waas was elected to the National Academics Aeronautics and Space Engineering board.
