Megan Eagle, PhD, MSN, MPH, FNP-BC

Community-based interventions to improve maternal and newborn health outcomes
Megan Eagle’s global work focuses on community-centered approaches to address maternal and newborn health. Her interests in global health equity align with the Center themes of empowering women and communities, strengthening systems for health, and addressing social and environmental determinants of health. Eagle works to develop interventions focused on maternal and newborn health including antenatal care, community education and maternal waiting homes. Additionally, her work aims to facilitate patient/caregiver engagement and self-management in chronic diseases.
