Ana Baylin’s global work focuses on nutritional determinants of cardiometabolic risk in low- and middle-income countries. Her interests in global health equity align with the Center’s theme of addressing social and environmental determinants of health. Baylin’s research looks at how dietary patterns affect the risk of cardiovascular disease, obesity, and metabolic syndrome.
