Branko Kerkez’s global health work focuses on developing and implementing smart systems that address flash flood and weather forecasting, aquatic algal blooms, and natural resource recovery. His interests in global health equity align with the Center theme of providing technical solutions. Kerkez’s research involves developing and using sensors to better understand and collect data from bodies of water.
