Brooklyn Khoury, MBA, MHA, MS

Cultural competency, healthcare leadership education, and practical pathology technology for global healthcare

Brooklyn Khoury’s global health focus centers on fostering cultural competency and education for healthcare workers interacting with patients across countries and cultures. She is dedicated to identifying and implementing realistic, simple, cost-effective, and reliable technology and equipment solutions for global pathology testing that enable rapid, reliable turnaround times for diagnosis. Her interests in global health equity align with the Center’s themes of empowering women, strengthening systems for health, addressing social and environmental determinants of health, and developing technical solutions. Khoury’s research currently addresses cultural competency in global health through her graduate school program, with a focus on improving global research practices and healthcare worker education.
