Evaluating interventions to improve global maternal outcomes

Emma Lawrence’s global work focuses on optimizing maternal and neonatal health outcomes in high-risk pregnancies in low-resource settings, with a focus on preeclampsia and eclampsia management in Ghana. Her interests in global health equity align with the Center theme of empowering women and communities. Lawrence’s research aims to better understand disparities and drivers of global maternal morbidity and mortality to improve global maternal outcomes.
