Ivo Dinov, PhD

Health analytics, data science, mathematical modeling, AI, computational statistics

Ivo Dinov’s global work focuses on mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, and scientific visualization of Big Data. His interests in global health equity align with the Center themes of strengthening systems for health and developing technical solutions. Dinov research focuses on neuroscience and biomedical informatics. He is an expert in multimodal biomedical image analysis and distributed genomics computing. His SOCR lab develops, validates, and freely disseminates novel ML/AI methods, STEM learning modules, virtual experiments, statistical inference apps, and analytics resources.
