Survey research, adaptive survey design, sampling rare populations

James Wagner’s global health work focuses on developing and implementing responsive design plans. His interests in global health equity align with the Center theme of providing technical solutions. Wagner’s research is in the area of nonresponse and methods for addressing it during data collection. He has taught courses on statistics, sampling, and methods for dealing with nonresponse during data collection.
