Maternal and infant health social justice community advocacy
Jeri Antilla's global health focus centers on addressing health inequities, particularly those affecting maternal and infant health outcomes. Her interests in global health equity align with the Center's themes of empowering women and addressing social and environmental determinants of health. Jeri's research primarily explores the impacts of racism, sexism, classism, and gender inequality on health disparities, with a particular focus on reproductive health, perinatal loss, and reducing maternal and infant mortality. She supports marginalized communities through advocacy, research, and innovative healthcare initiatives.
