Social and environmental impacts on viral infection dynamics in children

John Kubale's global work focuses on understanding the burden and transmission dynamics of viral respiratory infections in young children in Nepal, Nicaragua, and the United States. His interests in global health equity align with the Center's themes of strengthening health systems and developing technical solutions. Kubale's research examines how the social and built environments influence these dynamics to design better strategies for preventing and mitigating severe disease.
