Joseph Mathew is professor of Pediatric Pulmonology at the Advanced Pediatrics Centre in Chandigarh, India. His global work focuses on childhood respiratory diseases, vaccine preventable diseases, and evidence-based healthcare. He has expertise in pediatric respiratory disease, vaccination of public health importance, and evidence-based health-care decision-making. His interests in global health equity align with the Center's theme of strengthening systems for health. Mathew presented a provocateur talk to the Global Vaccine Equity Ideas Lab, a Center initiative for transformative, high-impact project ideas.
