Krista Wigginton, PhD

Environment, water, waterborne viruses

Krista Wigginton's global work focuses on drinking water, waterborne viruses, and wastewater treatment. Her interests in health equity align with the Center's theme of social and environmental determinants of health. She leads a research group dedicated to exploring innovative ways of testing and monitoring viruses infectivity to help improve non-pharmaceutical interventions against viruses.
