Paul Domanico, PhD
Paul Domanico’s global work focuses on partnering with industry, academia, and other global health organizations to advance the understanding of disease and service delivery for adult and pediatric care. His interests in global health equity align with the Center's themes of empowering women and communities and strengthening systems for health. Domanico focuses on developing and transferring better and less expensive process chemistries for manufacturing, ensuring products purchased or recommended by the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) meet appropriate quality standards, and ensuring CHAI has rigorously assessed the availability and affordability of key products. He is also currently partnering with faculty from U-M and Aga Khan University on a project titled “UZIMA-DS: UtiliZing health Information for Meaningful impact in East Africa through Data Science.”
