Phil Boonstra’s global work focuses on increasing data science capacity and training using statistical modeling methods. His interests in global health equity align with the Center theme of providing technical solutions. Boonstra’s research includes methods for data integration, shrinkage estimators, and hierarchical models and focuses on cancer-related applications.
