Preeti Malani, MD, MS, MSJ

Preeti Malani’s global work focuses on infection control and prevention in older adults. Her interests in global health equity align with the Center themes of addressing social and environmental determinants of health and strengthening systems of health. As Chief Health Officer, she serves as an advisor to the university president on all health and wellness matters at the University of Michigan—including disease management, promotion of healthy practices, and public health preparedness.
