Rie Suzuki's global work focuses on health education and promotion programs. Her research interests in health equity align with the Center’s themes of addressing social and environmental determinants of health, empowering women, and strengthening systems for health. She assesses factors associated with risk-taking and health-promoting behaviors, especially in people with disabilities.
