Ryan Rego, PhD, MPH

Equitable global health programming, focusing on cost-effective solutions and government partnerships

Ryan Rego's global work focuses on finding the most cost-effective solutions to global health problems and bringing those to scale through close partnerships with governments. His interests in global health equity align with the Center's themes of addressing social and environmental determinants of health and providing technical solutions.  Rego's research is dedicated to maximizing the potential of existing evidence to develop technical solutions for global health challenges, particularly in the field of infectious disease epidemiology among displaced populations. His work seeks to translate research findings into actionable programs that address critical health needs. Rego was a part of the Center's inaugural Impact Scholar cohort.
