Sophia Brueckner, MFA

Technological solutions to build social connection

Sophia Brueckner’s global work focuses on building technologies that support social connection and well-being. Her interest in global health equity aligns with the Center’s themes of empowering women and communities, addressing social and environmental determinants of health, and designing technical solutions for health equity. Brueckner employs her skills as an artist, designer, and computer scientist to prototype creative applications of new technologies to solve problems or challenge existing design paradigms.
