Robert (Bob) Eber, DDS, MS

Robert Eber’s global work focuses on developing and implementing dental caries prevention and treatment protocols in primary schools in Kenya. His interests in global health equity align with the Center theme of strengthening systems for health. Eber’s work teaches students and teachers sustainable practices for oral hygiene and nutrition, and uses non-invasive caries treatments for the primary and secondary dentition. Further, he trains local medical students in Kenya to perform dental exams. He is also the Director of Clinical Research for the Dental School and Chairman of the American Board of Periodontology.
