Anne Sales’s global work focuses on studying the implementation of evidence based practices and methods to improve the quality of care and health systems. Her interests in global health equity align with the Center themes of empowering women and communities, addressing social and environmental determinants of health, and strengthening systems for health. She has expertise in cardiovascular care, long-term care, organizational readiness to change assessment, the application of implementation science tools to address equity problems, and mixed methods research. Sales collaborates with U-M colleagues on the implementation of high-quality active surveillance in prostate cancer.
