Stephanie Kielb, MD

Stephanie Kielb's global work focuses on preventing and treating obstetric fistula, improving maternal health outcomes, and addressing genitourinary conditions in Rwanda. Her interests in global health equity align with the Center's themes of empowering women and strengthening systems for health. Kielb's research investigates congenital and transitional urology, quality of life issues related to continence, pelvic floor dysfunction post-childbirth, pelvic organ prolapse in women with spina bifida, the exstrophy-epispadias complex, and gender biases in medical residency applications and educational outcomes.
