Neuromuscular disorders, epilepsy, and general neurological disorders
Nishad Shaheid's global work focuses on neurological disorders including neuromuscular disorders, epilepsy, and stroke. His interests in global health equity align with the Center's themes of strengthening systems for health, and social and environmental determinants of health. He is committed to helping address the shortage of neurologists in the field and increasing the accessibility of neurological care, especially as related to epilepsy.
