Rockefeller Oteng’s global work focuses on emergency medical systems and creating safety net systems to better serve local populations. His interests in global health equity align with the Center themes of strengthening systems for health and providing technical solutions. Oteng believes that the systematic introduction of high quality, emergency medical training will help improve health outcomes by providing a standardized level of care and increase clinical research data to drive local evidence based interventions.
